Our portfolio of property is located in Islington, North London across N7 and N19, spanning from Liverpool Road (leading to Upper Street / Angel), all of Holloway Road, Tufnell Park and the Archway areas of Islington. We have built several new developments in recent years, most in privately gated courtyard developments with a mix of townhouses. We also have many large Victorian houses available for rent.
A major difference between LAC and other estate agents is that we own all of our own property. Given the scale of this portfolio, we employ our own full time maintenance and cleaning personnel who do nothing but work on our property. In turn, this ensures that standards within and around the properties are kept high.
Our properties are within ten minutes walk of any of the following four underground stations:
- Holloway Rd (Piccadilly Line),
- Tufnell Park (Northern Line)
- Finsbury Park (Victoria Line )
- Archway (Northern Line).
The area is convenient for central London and the City and is also served by night buses from the centre. Journey times on the tube to the West end are circa 15-20 minutes from any of the four stations mentioned.
